He had international experience in agricultural consultancy. Completed Degree M.Sc. (Agriculture) from Marathwada Agriculture University. Total Twenty three years of experience in climate smart agriculture sector.  As a senior agriculturist he took up complex agricultural projects in the organization.

He used specialized tools and techniques to increase the productivity efficiently in a professional approach. He also provided technical guidance, coordinated with related departments and taken the efforts to enhance the work efficiency, positive attitude, healthy competition within sub ordinates and colleagues.

 Implemented cane development – planting & crop management activities over the area of 1500 acres within 4 months at Sukari Industries Ltd, Ndhiwa, South Nyanza, County – Homabay, Country – Kenya(  Africa ). Lead as Sr. Agronomist in planning & execution of sugarcane cultivation project of area 4000 Ha for core group farmers, 1000Ha area of medium scale farmers & 500 Ha area of small scale farmers, Supervision & guidance to sub-ordinates ( A team of 7 Jr. Agronomists)& reporting to superiors at Salima Sugar Company Ltd, Chikwawa, Dist- Salima, Country – Malawi ( South Africa ).
